About the role:

 

Provides general administrative support to the ALS-Asset Care office management team and maintains front office responsibilities.

 

 

Responsibilities

About you:

 

Tracks employee work hours in spreadsheet for payroll submission to corporate officesTracks technician experience hours in spreadsheet and updates certification formMatches purchase orders to vendor bills for accuracy and submits to corporate Accounts Payable for processingPurchases routine office supplies and monitors inventory; may work with vendors in negotiation pricing and delivery optionsAssists staff with the preparation and submission of monthly expense reportsDrafts and edits general correspondence as requested with attention to detail and accuracyAssists staff with researching and booking both domestic and international travelAssists with new hire paperwork and the corporate on-boarding processGeneral filing and retention dutiesPicks up and distributes company mailReceives and processes deliveries at front deskOpens and closes the reception area ensuring visitors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous mannerProfessionally answers telephone calls, route callers to appropriate individual or takes detailed messages

 

Required Qualifications:

High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED)3-5 years’ experience in an office environmentKnowledge of computer processes & software, i.e. MS Windows, MS Office packageAbility to speak and hear clearly while communicating with visitors and staff

 

Physical Demands:

 

Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff, management, and clients.Able to sit and /or stand for 100% of an 8 hour day.Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment.Must have average vision and able to see to read reports and operate equipment.
