Franchise owned organization growing and looking for an established office coordinator to join the team!

Responsibilities:

Support all office operations including; order ticket follow up or completion, answer incoming calls, calendar management, and other administrative tasks as assignedTake warm leads provided and call to engage any interest regarding company offerings and schedule meeting with sales representative if interested ( up to 10 a day)Maintain documentation in company internal systemsMust be able to work within multiple databases and be technically savvySupport minor marketing initiatives such as Facebook posts or engagementWilling to participate in networking opportunities to further business expansionMust be comfortable to work both with a partner and independently


Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Preferred Skills:

SalesMarketing and/or social mediaNetworking


Education:

High School diploma required Associates or higher preferred 


Experience:
4-7 years
