Office Engineer
Document Control Management: Oversee the document control process, ensuring all project documents are properly managed, stored, and distributed.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and reviews of project documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document submission and approval.
Training: Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and QA/QC standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on document control activities and QA/QC performance to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in document control and QA/QC.
