Office Engineer/Assistant Project Manager
**This Opportunity** WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Office Engineer/Assistant Project Manager** for our NEW YORK office. Be involved in projects with our **Project Controls & Technology Team** and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. **Who You Are** Job Duties: + Work under the Project Manager to support the Project vision and initiatives. + Implement efficient work-flow process, monitor daily activity, implement modifications. + Maintain documentation in SharePoint or similar Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). + Work with Document Control Manager and Document Control team to ensure policies and procedures are being followed. + Communicate with project team members. + Coordinate project-related tasks, events, and meetings. + Prepare project-related meeting agendas, minutes and action items. + Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for correspondence logs and progress reports. + Generate presentations, as directed by the Project Manager. + Develop and maintain strong client relationships. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Your Impact** Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a business environment) + Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative assistant or document control clerk with a Consultant Construction Manager or a construction organization + Experience working on Design, Pre-Construction, Construction and Closeout or similar projects preferred + Advanced computer and word processing skills using MS Office applications + Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills + Ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously and demonstrate flexibility when priorities change + Excellent organizational & prioritizing skills with the ability to multitask WSP Benefits: WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career. Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $87,700- 115,000 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
