AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Office Generalist Intern (Student) for Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain vendor relationships and update contact information as necessary Balance and authorize petty cash disbursements Supervise data entry to ensure stock, food and pastry orders are entered timely and accurately Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members Coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily mail Order office supplies Perform other clerical/administrative functions as necessary Prepare other miscellaneous reports or subject research as requested

Job Requirements:

Previous administrative and clerical experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Delegation and multi-tasking ability, while working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to motivate others Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
