Looking for a dedicated and organization Office Coordinator to join Lovettsville, Virginia team in being the first point of contact for our guests and provide a broad range of administrative support to our management team.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and guests and direct them to the appropriate staff member.Open shipments; match up invoices to packing slips; and organize for Procurement.Receive shipments into the inventory database.Maintain inventory database.Help with packing of shipments; make packing slips and labels. Log shipment transactions.Prepares correspondence, presentations, email communications, and Excel spreadsheets.Maintain the filing system.Assist in general office administration and provide administrative support to special projects as assigned.


Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 AM

Skills:

Costpoint ERP System or similar system preferredInventory management


Education:
High School

Experience:
2+ years of experience 

Qualifications:

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) proficientAdministrative ExperienceInventory cycle countsData Entry & Document Control
