What this job involves:

We are currently seeking an Office Leasing Agent to join our highly successful team in Auckland! You will play a pivotal role in listing and maintaining properties for lease, participating in marketing initiatives, building client relationships, and securing agency mandates. You will have the opportunity to generate revenue from office leasing transactions and contribute to the continued growth of our market share. You may currently be working as an agent in another property sector (residential, industrial etc.), perhaps as an asset manager on the client-side or simply wishing to establish yourself in an entry-level position. Previous experience is a strong preference but not a must.

List and maintain property lease detailsParticipate in company marketing initiatives, proposals and presentationsBecome an expert on the office property market in your defined geographic areaBuild and nurture relationships with clients and become a trusted advisorSecure a number of sole/exclusive agency mandates and own leasing deals
