Our client, a leader in the building materials industry, is seeking an Office & Lumber Sales professional to join their team. As an Office & Lumber Sales member, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily logistics and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Office & Lumber Sales
**Location: Tahoe City, CA**
**Pay Range: $25/hr DOE**
**What's the Job?**
+ Build and maintain relationships with contractors and customers to support sales and service goals.
+ Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service, including writing larger bid proposals and material quotes.
+ Oversee logistics and delivery operations by coordinating with the yard foreman and drivers to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
+ Process custom mill and special orders and schedule deliveries or pickups.
+ Maintain accurate and organized files to assist in managing inventory, placing and receiving orders.
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
+ Solid basic math skills crucial for lumber sales.
+ Strong computer skills and understanding of building products software platforms.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
