Office Manager Compensation and Benefits

Bachelor’s Degree, required. Preferably in Business, Accounting, or related. Driver’s License, and a clean driving record. Multitasking ability, and time management skills. Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Able to pass a drug test and background checkExperience – 5+ years as office manager, plant manager, warehouse manager, or a related role in a similar environment.

Office Manager Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage reconditioning center efficiency by planning systems, equipment procurement, and implementing procedures to improve daily operations. Team Management: Supervise administrative staff, schedule and assign tasks, and collaborate with HR and Facilities to maintain office policies and procedures. Administrative Support: Handle office management duties, including supplies, equipment, maintenance, invoices, and general administrative support for employees and management. Communication and Coordination: Schedule meetings, liaise with management, and support external visitors while ensuring smooth information flow through trend analysis and reporting.
