Office Manager
Nakuuruq is seeking a Office Manager to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). **Responsibilities** + Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. + Design and maintain filing systems. + Review and approve supply requisitions. + Assign and monitor clerical functions. + Conducts additional office tasks as required. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s of Arts (BA) or Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field. + 4-6 years of experience in an office manager position. + Knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel. + Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. + Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive. + Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check. **Desired Qualifications** + Experience using Microsoft SharePoint. **Pay Range** 38.21-38.21 **Benefits** SCA - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
