So, what’s the role all about?

 

The Office Manager is responsible for providing a safe, efficient and pleasant working environment for around 160 employees at NICE Richardson TX office.

 

 

How will you make an impact?   

Responsible for all NICE operational accommodation and associated facilities management Ensure NICE facilities assets are used effectively Take the lead in managing real estate and facilities related projects Ensure reliable cost-effective services are provided according to best practice Manage the utilization, control, maintenance and, where appropriate, renewal of associated assets Put the employee experience at the fore-front of key projects and office policies and procedures Operate and maintain operational facilities in a manner compliant with corporate and statutory health and safety policies, regulations and procedures Keep an accurate record of building occupancy and generate reports for management on current building seating and occupancy status Provide professional estate, facilities and project management support to assist with the development of the NICE estate Develop, implement and maintain a systematic portfolio and facilities management audit and improvement program Act as escalation point for any NICE issues related to facilities or estates Responsible for compliance to all facility regulations Member of the CERT Team Assisting HR and / or Marketing with facilitating office events Member of the Social Events Committee and main coordinator of events



Have you got what it takes?

 

 

 Educated to Degree level, with Facilities and Estates experience 3-5 years experience in facility management tasks (vendor relations, cost analysis, and office management) Must possess good project management skills Commercial acumen with advanced negotiation skills Proven experience of preparing and managing complex budgets Excellent communication skills Flexible approach to travel and hours worked Health and Safety qualification or experience in managing Health and Safety is essential Dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile and can-do approach cemented together with an eye for detail and transparency. Remaining calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism Totally dedicated to customer satisfaction and delivery of associated property & facilities services Proficient in all Microsoft Office products to include Adobe, strong Excel skills are a plus
