Office Manager


Residential builder in need of an Office Manager to cover a maternity leave. Anticipated start in July or August and will be around 8-9 month long contract. Must have experience in managing an office, preferably with 100 employees+. $30-$40 per hour DOE.

Office Manager Details:

Contract position$30.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm)

Office Manager will provide first impression of the office to guests and callers. Oversee maintenance of office and support various departments with administrative projects as needed. This position moves around the office performing tasks and projects and is not a sit down at your desk all day type of position. 

Office Management:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office with limited supervisionAssist in executive assistant responsibilitiesOrder office supplies including postage, office supplies, stationary, food and drink on an ongoing basisReview the ongoing office “punch” list which includes office upkeep and maintenanceFacilitate the movement of office space and team member space as neededCoordinate office design enhancements or construction as neededMaintain expense receipts for all corporate credit card transactions and ensure proper coding and bill accuracy

General Office Duties:

Fulfill receptionist responsibilities which include, answering the phone, greeting visitors, and validating parkingMaintain office appearance, including but not limited to:Restock and refill supplies in kitchen and lobby on an as needed basisUpkeep the maintenance of the office machines as needed (coffee machines, water machines, ice machine, oven and dishwashers)Oversee and manage food ordersIncoming and outgoing mail dutiesManage the appearance of conference rooms and support team members with the requests for availability as needed. 

Administrative Support: 

Maintain expense receipts for all transactionsEnsure proper coding and billing accuracy for the company credit cardProcess office invoicesEnsure proper coding and billing accuracy

Office Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of front office management and coordinationPrevious experience managing an office with 100+ team members preferredHigh energy and positive demeanorStrong communication skills to communicate with external and internal staffProficient with MS Office and Microsoft Teams
