Responsibilities:

Staff Management:
Lead the full cycle of staff management, from recruitment to termination.Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and onboard new hires effectively.Implement disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Scheduling Coordination:
Develop and maintain staff schedules to optimize productivity and coverage.Address scheduling conflicts promptly and ensure appropriate staffing levels for extended office hours and weekends.Conflict Resolution and Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, patients, and vendors, resolving issues and providing support as needed.Act as a mediator as needed, fostering a positive and productive office environment.Administrative Efficiency:
Manage multiple tasks, appointments, and deadlines efficiently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ensure staff compliance with accuracy in records, billing, and scheduling, adhering to relevant regulations and privacy laws.Effective Communication:
Navigate diverse communication styles, promoting clear and concise planning and execution.Build strong relationships, spending significant time engaging with the team and addressing their needs.Operational Excellence:
Identify and solve operational problems quickly and effectively.Developing and implementing marketing strategies.Focus on retaining long-term staff by organizing team events, providing support, and setting clear expectations.Ensure all staff are well-trained and supported, identifying training needs and providing ongoing education and development opportunities.Manage and accommodate numerous time-off requests while maintaining consistent staffing levels and operational efficiency.Oversee office budget, expenses, and financial reports, managing accounts receivable/payable, billing, and collections.Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills, including multitasking and efficient time management. Must have at least 7+ years of experience in a Senior-level Administrative or Office Management role. Must have experience managing teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholdersAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of billing procedures, insurance claims, and coding.Experience in managing office budgets, expenses, and financial reports.Familiarity with HR-related tasks, including payroll, benefits, and staff training.Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and maintain a positive office environment.Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
