Office Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing corporate office on the south side of Winnipeg, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin in the search for an Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a fun, casual office.

This is a full-time permanent in-office role. Please note that a valid driver’s license is required.

Perks & Benefits:Full-time permanent Monday-Friday position, 8:30 am-4:30pmThe target starting salary for this role is $55,000 to $60,000Paid vacationFree parkingComprehensive benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesResponsibilities:Providing administrative support to the leadership teamSupporting human resources with screening candidates, arranging interviews and onboarding new employeesScheduling meetings and documenting action itemsOrganizing corporate travel including itinerariesAnswering client questions and responding to requestsData entry of expenses and corporate gas cardsOrdering office supplies and picking up lunch/coffee/snack items as neededOrganizing internal and external events such as BBQs and sporting eventsDriving to different locations in the city to coordinate off-site eventsFiling as neededQualifications:5+ years of administrative experience in a professional office as an Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Office ManagerGraduate of a related post-secondary program is a strong assetAn understanding of confidentiality and discretion from working with senior executivesImpressive customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workloadProficiency with MS Office
