Office Manager
Description We are in search of an Office Manager to join our team located in Streetsboro, Ohio. The selected individual will be tasked with managing and maintaining office operations, including final deal processing and assisting with funding for the finance department. This opportunity is particularly suited for those with a background in the automotive industry, experience in accounting, and skills in processing payroll. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage office operations, including final deal processing and assisting the finance department with funding matters. • Handle the sending of paperwork, title work, and contracts, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. • Take on the responsibility of balancing checkbooks and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. • Oversee accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger maintenance, and Cash Reconciliation. • Process payroll for employees, including data entry and posting to the general ledger. • Administer employee benefits and conduct onboarding for new hires. • Foster effective internal communication, ensuring all team members are informed and comfortable with their roles. • Manage a high volume of internal communication with team members, promoting a cooperative and productive work environment. • Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure smooth financial operations within the company. • Implement efficient payroll processing systems, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time. Requirements • Proficient in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) • Proven ability to process payroll efficiently and accurately • Demonstrated experience in office management or similar role • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • High proficiency in MS Office Suite • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team • High level of discretion and confidentiality • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes.
