Job Summary:
PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC. is looking for an Office Manager for our Aurora, Colorado region. This person will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in support of accounting, project transactions, reporting and tracking for our office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to undertake a variety of critical office support functions while working diligently under pressure.

Ability to operate company ERP software to support A/P, A/R and payroll functionsRun detailed reports for senior management Establish and maintain confidential employee filesPurchasing-Card management and coding for multiple employees Request Certificates of InsuranceComplete customer compliance reporting for general contractor, subcontractor & DBE spendAll contract, subcontract, and work order billing, including PO positionMonth-end close notes to include over/under billing documentation and reconciliationMonitor Aging Report and support management in collection calls Research and resolve any outstanding balances on accountsNew hire processing What You'll BringEducation and Experience Requirements:

The salary for this position generally ranges between $70,000 to $100,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
