Job Summary
The Office Manager performs customer service functions by providing mail sorting and delivery, scanning incoming overnight shipments and deliveries, providing outbound shipping assistance, filling supply orders, copying and binding projects, mass mailings, and stocking kitchen supplies. Role will have oversight of onsite cafeteria, parking garage and facilities. Role will also support vendor management of cafeteria, parking garage and tenants.
Position Responsibilities
Sorts and delivers inter-office and U.S. Postal mail, including researching miscellaneous mail and shipments for proper delivery. Sorts mail for locations outside of Corporate office.Scans and sorts priority and overnight shipments into system.Operates postage machine.Delivers supplies to Administrative Assistants, fills requisitions for and maintains letterhead, envelope and tab inventories.Manages facilities set up of new offices and maintenance as needed.Coordinates services copy equipment, including changing toner, and recycling toner cartridges.Completes copy requests.Maintains assigned stock of kitchen supplies.Leads onsite activity community.Maintains and oversees vendor relationship of the onsite cafeteria vendor.Maintains and oversees vendor relationship with parking garage to include the issuance and return of parking cards.Handles tenant disputes as needed.ScionHealth is recruiting for an Office Manager to join our team This is a on-site role that will be based in our Louisville, Kentucky corporate office.

High School Diploma or equivalent.One (1) year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills Needed
Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to work well with others in a team environment.Basic Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.Education and Experience
