Office Manager
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in the financial services industry. This role is based in Bethesda, Maryland, and will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact within the office, liaising with both internal team members and external stakeholders such as building management. Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact within the office, providing a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and team members. • Liaise with building management and handle facilities-related duties to ensure a smooth operation of the office. • Manage and process parking requests from staff and visitors. • Organize events, demonstrating excellent multitasking and planning skills. • Order office supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels and ensure the smooth running of the office. • Order food for office events and meetings as required. • Utilize accounting software systems to handle financial tasks such as accounts payable and receivable. • Respond to customer inquiries, utilizing CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions. • Use Dentrix Dental Software and About Time for specific administrative tasks. • Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly and professionally. Requirements • Must possess strong knowledge of Accounting Software Systems • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required • Familiarity with Concur and CRM tools is essential • Experience with Dentrix Dental Software and About Time software is beneficial • Must have a solid understanding of Accounting Functions • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in handling and answering inbound calls • Must have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required • Must have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential • Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
