Description We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Fort Lee, New Jersey. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring all office tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will range from clerical duties to vendor management and executive-level assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency in all office tasks
• Carry out general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• Oversee the management of office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
• Handle basic HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services as required
• Provide support to executive-level management
• Assist with event planning and execution as required
• Use accounting software systems for various financial tasks
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Answer inbound calls and manage calendar appointments
• Utilize Korean language skills as needed in the execution of duties. Requirements • Must possess at least 3 years of experience working as an Office Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Ability to handle and prioritize tasks related to answering inbound calls
• Proven expertise in managing and coordinating office calendars
• Proficiency in the Korean Language is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of discretion and judgement is required
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country of employment.
