At our Easthampton office, we’re seeking a skilled office manager to join our diverse team. In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, help coordinate facility needs, and support the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently to support a positive and productive office culture.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Office Operations and Administration Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and systems (computers, printers, phone systems, etc) Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and beverages; and place orders as needed Handle incoming and outgoing communications; including phone calls, emails, and mail Organize meetings, conferences, and company events Arrange lunches for staff and on-site visitors Maintain office items such as key fob, key log files, parking decals/file Ensure office complies with health and safety regulations Address office related issues, and handle inquiries from clients or visitors Facilities Management Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with vendors Provide support to NI teams for integration needs; with groups including IT, HR, Facilities, etc. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord Ensure office security and safety protocols are followed (signing people in and out/NDAs)Qualifications
3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support preferred Education: High school diploma or above Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to plan and coordinate office projects Builds relationships with colleagues and fosters a positive office environment Efficiently manages time and deadlines to ensure smooth office operations Works comfortably in dynamic work environment and ambiguityOur Offer to You:
