Location: Mountainside, NJ
Compensation: $25-30/hr
A leading company is looking for an office manager to join their growing team. This office manager will be responsible for processing payroll, invoicing, and overseeing the operations for the NJ/FL office. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in office management and working knowledge of QuickBooks.
What you’ll do:
+ Organizing/ Managing office space
+ Coordinating with vendors on invoices for upcoming projects
+ Handle operations for New Jersey/Florida Offices
+ Handle billing for the upcoming projects
+ Handle follow up for vendors
+ Managing the budgets for the team
+ Keep track of client billing
+ Handling inquiries
What you’ll bring:
+ 5+ years of office management experience
+ 2+ years of accounting experience
+ Proficient MS Suite and QuickBooks
+ Architectural or Construction Industry is a PLUS
