EisnerAmper is looking for an Office Manager to support our La Jolla office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, portrays a go-getter mentality and eager to provide exceptional service to the firm.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Oversee and maintain day-to-day office operations, implement systems, processes, and policies to support overall harmony, productivity and effectiveness

General office management including, management of office budget, ordering supplies, stocking kitchens and copy centers

Contribute to and maintain established information and communication sources such as

department and front desk log books in order to enhance department communications and operations

Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the office

Maintenance of third-party admin companies

Supervise and support office staff to ensure operation efficiency

Provide support for meetings, maintain company contacts and calendars, schedule/confirm meeting dates, etc.

Oversee facility and equipment maintenance

Special projects and other related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of office management/administrative experience in a high-paced, dynamic environment

Experience supporting Partners and coordinating community events and programs

Strong project management with the ability to multitask, pivot, and reprioritize effectively

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize, organize and meet deadlines

Self-driven, with the ability to operate with minimal supervision

Knowledge of California Workers' Compensation coding and billing regulations

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Require a high degree of professionalism

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $85,000.00 and $150,000.00. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
