Who are we looking for: + A detail-oriented multitasker with a strong proficiency in Excel (ability to create formulas and pivot tables), ready to streamline and elevate administrative processes + Driven to positively impact individuals with brain injuries through administrative excellence + Excited to collaborate with a vibrant team professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care Responsibilities What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: + Manage day-to-day business and administrative operations at the location + Implement and maintain internal financial controls and standardized operational processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements + Oversee accurate client billing and collaborates with leadership and billing/collection staff for maximum reimbursement + Supervise accounts payable processes, addressing late payments or issues promptly + Serve as a liaison to corporate departments, handling administrative functions like finance, HRIS, billing, and payroll Qualifications What you will need: + A minimum of an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or related degree.
