Our client, an independent advisory firm, is seeking an Office Manager to create and maintain an exceptional experience in their NYC office. The hours are 7:30am-5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the physical office space and manage the Office Administrator and ReceptionistOrder office/kitchen supplies, maintain inventory, and create a quarterly summary on spendingCoordinate with building and service vendors for facilities/repair workAssist with onboarding/offboarding and other team member experience initiativesAssist in researching and planning activities and eventsProvide administrative support to a team as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required7+ years' experience running an officeProficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsMust have prior experience managing/coaching a small teamIntentional professional with client service mindset and white glove touch

Compensation/Benefits:
