Job Description
The Office Manager will ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the office, providing essential administrative support to various departments and personnel within the organization. This position will have four office personnel reporting to them, with responsibilities in office administration, human resources, and various accounting processes. This role will involve consulting with the Business Manager, HR Manager, Payroll & Benefits Coordinator, and other department managers.
ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administrative operations of the office, overseeing 4 office personnel.Handle inquiries and resolve issues brought up by customers and internal staff.Monitor the time-off calendar and assist administrative staff where needed.Maintain and order office supplies for all offices within the building.Coordinate new orders, repairs, and maintenance of office equipment and computer workstations.Process company credit card transactions and ACH transactions.Oversee monthly accounts payable statement close and reconciliation.Review aging reports and make collection calls to ensure timely collection of delinquent contract invoices.Review and approve internal purchase order requests.Provide final review and approval of weekly payroll processing.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Essential SkillsExperience managing an office within a construction, services company, or small manufacturer, with administrative, accounting process, and payroll responsibilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsManagement experience is a plus.Work Environment
The position requires working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The dress code is business casual (jeans are acceptable, but no shorts). The role offers a direct placement opportunity, managerial responsibilities with 4 direct reports, and bonuses paid twice a year (June and December) up to a total of 6% for the year. The company is employee-owned.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00
