NVIDIA is searching for a self-motivated, well organized and high communicative office manager. You will be part of a busy office management team and primary contact for everyone who visits NVIDIA, integral to championing the NVIDIA employee experience. In this role you will be responsible for day to day facility queries, office administration and supplies, office events, community giving and domestic shipping preparation.

What you'll be doing: 

Office Management for the office, including support and coordination of employee events and activities. 

Reporting issues, booking reactive maintenance and repairs, tracking issues and ensuring contractors arriving onsite adhere to EHS guidelines. 

Maintaining excellent level of office house-keeping, including cafeteria and kitchen, meeting rooms, phone booths and common areas, encourage recycling and assist to implement sustainability programs. 

Office administration including digital signage maintenance, travel support to visiting NVIDIANs, visa letter preparation, EHS admin support for the Lead OM and Share Point Maintenance. 

Ordering office supplies, maintaining stocks of inventory and tracking spend against the annual PO’s where required. 

Support with the new hire experience, coordination of new starters, assisting with desk set up, travel profile set up and training (office tour and orientation)  

Community giving and charity initiative lead. 

Support to corporate shipping function where required to prepare domestic and non-controlled shipments / Preparing necessary documents for export. 

What we need to see: 

Relevant education and minimum 3 years work experience as an Assistant / Office Manager in an international company

Excellent telephone manner & communication skills 

Professional, flexible, mature, and approachable with a positive attitude even under pressure. 

Exhibits special customer service skills with visitors and employees. 

Fluent English and German language skills written and spoken. 

Attention to detail. 

Conscientiousness. 

Flexibility and good ability to multitask and to organize on short notice. 

Ability to work without supervision and able to prioritize own workload.
