Overview:
IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for an Office Manager to support a federal law enforcement client’s Open Source Intelligence Program focused on detecting threats to specific people, locations, and events. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the entire office. Working closely with the Office Director, government managers, and staff at all levels, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient onboarding and offboarding processes, and effective collaboration across the office. This role is central to maintaining office functionality, managing administrative processes, and ensuring operational success in a mission-critical environment.
The work schedule will be regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work up to 20% remote after onboarding.

Office Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the entire office, ensuring all logistical, administrative, and operational needs are met.Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process for all personnel, ensuring new hires are integrated seamlessly and departing staff are properly offboarded, including managing clearances, IT access, and office setup/closeout.Executive Support: Provide direct support to the Office Director and government managers, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Administrative Oversight: Handle general office tasks such as filing, correspondence, and managing communications across the office to support operational efficiency.Collaboration Across Levels: Work closely with staff at all levels, ensuring clear communication and coordination across different teams and departments to maintain a smooth workflow.Logistical Coordination: Ensure that all office supplies, equipment maintenance, and resources are in place, managing office inventory and anticipating future needs.Policy Compliance: Ensure that all office operations comply with Department of State policies, procedures, and security protocols.Support Office Events: Coordinate office events, staff meetings, and other team-building activities, ensuring logistical support and smooth execution.Timekeeping & Attendance: Support the tracking of attendance, management of timekeeping records, and processing of leave requests.Liaison & Communication: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external communications related to the office, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.Operational Efficiency: Continuously identify and implement improvements to office procedures and processes to enhance overall efficiency.Confidentiality & Security: Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with security protocols in all aspects of the role.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Previous experience in an office management, administrative support, or operational support role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams across multiple shifts.Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation, records, and scheduling tasks.Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to support changes in operational requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office management software.Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.Excellent judgment and practical problem-solving skillsProven ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality products under time constraints.A self-motivated, resourceful individual eager to contribute, learn, and exceed customer expectations through their work.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and improving office operations.Preferred Qualifications:
