Your Role
The Office Manager plays an integral role in ensuring all aspects of the office are run effectively. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of LA, this position will require strong leadership, integrity, confidentiality, problem solving abilities and proven management success.

Your Responsibilities

Assist with office operations, including budget tracking, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.Responsible for general office administration – order supplies, shipping, maintain files, paying invoices etc.Planning and executing onsite office events (i.e., client events, internal meetings, etc.) – including hiring vendors, managing all event needs, coordinating setup and tear down, etc.Assist with preparation of vendor proposals and bids.Manage and maintain relationships with Janitorial staff and Security team.Prepare and complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.Complete all necessary paperwork and reports in allotted time frame.Be a collaborative team member and exemplify OUTFRONT cultural values.Assist and support the LA SVP in meetings and office planning.Handle the calendar and Expenses reports of the LA SVP.

 

Your Qualifications

Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.          Must be independent, detail-oriented, multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.Self-motivated with at least 3-5 years of work and/or office management experience (preferably in the sales advertising field).Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 per year.  Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.   Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency Law.
