Our client, a well respected contracting and construction firm, is seeking a Long Term Temporary Office Manager for their brand new office in Lincoln Square, NYC. This role requires 5 days in the office with working hours being from 8am-5pm. The hourly pay is up to $45/hr. This role is a great opportunity for someone to flex their strong administrative skillset!
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming callsBuzz in and announce visitorsMaintain cleanliness and order at reception deskMaintain cleanliness of Conference RoomsMaintain Conference Room ScheduleInventory and order office supplies as necessaryOrder supplies for employeesOrder safety and beverage suppliesReceive, sort and deliver daily mailReceive and deliver Fed Ex and courier itemsReceive packagesLog all deliveriesPrint or Order Certificates of Insurance for ProjectsCoordinate annual permit renewal with ExpediterCoordinate Certificates of Insurance for renewals with BrokerCreate and modify AIA Contracts at direction of President and Legal CounselAssist Accounting with AIA Contracts for SubcontractorsPrepare new employee workspace (set up telephone, computer, etc.)Set up employee info on Copier DistributionsGather keys, forms to complete, etc. for employees first dayAdd employee to email distribution listsRemove employee from Copier DistributionsRemove employee from email distribution listsCollect keys and other company equipment from employeeSet up Phone and Internet services for new projectsOrder water for all projectsPrimary contact for office cleaning issuesEnsure cleaner takes out trash and recyclables in a timely mannerAssist Marketing with data entry in SalesforceQualifications:
