What you will do:

Monitor and coach the support and workload management being provided by the coordinators by occasionally attending Work in Progress (WIP) meetings and policing open work order statuses Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Field and other admin personnel in order to build teamwork, ensure alignment, and promote a culture of continuous improvement Communicate technician/customer/coordination issues you see to the appropriate Building Service Supervisor or Operations Manager (OM) Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and efficiency Assist sales/contract/billing administrative teams on solutions to support the field and meet customer requirements Update daily reports (i.e., Contracts Pending Approval, Service Agreements, Cancellation Summary Report) Responsible for monthly material ordering and service agreement tracking spreadsheets Execute and distribute daily work order reports; review and provide support for problem resolution; create and distribute other reports as needed Review outstanding work orders and support the coordination team driving older work orders to completion

You must have:

Possess the leadership skills to motivate, create engagement and produce results through the coordination team Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems; work with other teams and management, as needed, to resolve problems Possess and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to adhere to numerous customer-specific requirements Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers Ability to stay calm and patient while maintaining a sense of urgency when handling emergencies and/or experiencing heavy workloads Possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
