A company in Austin is looking to bring on an Office Manager to support their team! This is an onsite role in downtown Austin and salary is roughly $80-100k depending on experience plus discretionary bonus and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

Calendar management and scheduling for Executive, with flexibility for last-minute changes.Preparing expense reports and arranging travel.Overseeing daily office operations, including supply management and organizing the workspace.Assisting with presentations and document preparation.Acting as a notary or willingness to obtain notary certification.Supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.3+ years of administrative or office management experience.Interest in or experience with real estate is preferred.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.A friendly, social personality with common sense and a self-starter mentality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Basic or fluent Spanish is a plus but not required. 1402286_1736280646 To Apply for this Job Click Here
