Office Manager
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Buffalo, New York. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization. You will be handling a wide range of duties, from managing accounting functions to handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities • Overseeing the efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer credit records are maintained. • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when needed. • Managing and maintaining Accounting Software Systems. • Handling duties related to ADP - Financial Services. • Utilizing CRM for effective customer relationship management. • Overseeing accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. • Managing and maintaining Quickbooks Online for accounting purposes.
