Description
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Albany, New York. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including handling phone calls, assisting with receptionist duties, managing customer service inquiries, and providing support to the office administration.
Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate department or individual
• Overseeing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office
• Assisting with the filing system and ensuring all documents are accurately stored and easy to locate
• Handling customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handling inbound calls and responding to queries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or related certification is a plus.
Requirements:
+ Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar customer service role.
+ Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
+ Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
+ Basic knowledge of scheduling and CRM software is a plus.
