Office Manager
Description We are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager role in Joliet, Illinois. This role primarily revolves around the real estate industry and is stationed in an office environment. As an Office Manager, you will be the primary contact for customer interactions, handling sensitive data, and ensuring smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls, aiming to resolve all queries at the initial point of contact. • Utilize online resources to address tenant inquiries promptly and efficiently. • Oversee the processing of payments, including checks and money orders, ensuring accurate tracking and recording. • Manage the check drop off box, ensuring all checks are accounted for and processed daily. • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing communication and addressing concerns. • Handle daily mail, including the preparation and dispatch of mailers. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including the front office and kitchen areas. • Utilize accounting software systems to manage and track accounting functions. • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and manage the disposal of trash. • Support other team members in their roles, fostering a cooperative and efficient work environment. The salary range for this position is $17 to $19. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently • Exceptional Customer Service skills • Experience in managing Daily Mail operations • Competency in Collecting Payments • Familiarity with creating and distributing Mailers • Experience in Check Processing • Ability to perform Receptionist Duties effectively.
