They should be comfortable tackling special projects, accurately handle data entry and efficiently manage various schedules. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. Reports to: PC Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Experience with administrative and clerical work + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES + Strong communication skills + Strong ability to multi-task Preferred Qualifications: + Associates degree from two-year technical college or higher Working Conditions: + This position operates in an office environment which requires sitting and working at a computer workstation for extended periods.
