Description
We are seeking an Office Manager to ensure our client's daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Office Manager will oversee administrative operations, support leadership, and help maintain a productive workplace. This role is essential in managing office procedures, coordinating internal processes, and providing critical support for our construction teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing office functions in a construction, engineering, or related industry.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
+ Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
+ Maintain records for contracts, permits, project documentation, and compliance requirements.
+ Coordinate communication between office staff, project managers, vendors, and clients.
+ Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and assist with basic accounting functions.
+ Manage office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
+ Support HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel records.
+ Ensure the office complies with safety regulations and company policies.
+ Assist with bid preparation, subcontractor documentation, and job site coordination.
+ Plan company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience in office management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or real estate industry.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Experience handling invoices, payroll, or basic bookkeeping preferred.
+ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve effectively.
