Your Impact in This Role: + Oversee office operations and manage administrative staff. + Create and enforce office policies and procedures. + Ensure the office environment is safe and secure. + Handle office budgets, billing, and invoicing tasks. + Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and activities. + Maintain office equipment and manage necessary repairs. + Keep track of office supplies and inventory. + Support the recruitment, hiring, and training of administrative team members. + Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. + Assist with other duties as needed. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. + 3-5 years of office management experience. + Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. + Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks. + Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
