Position Overview:
Propio is rapidly growing and is looking to hire a highly motivated Office Manager to join our corporate team. The Office Manager role is responsible for Office facilities management support to the organization, supporting office facility needs with various vendors, and providing general admin support to management as needed. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitorsServe as point person for office needsCoordinate office/facility needs with vendors for repairs and maintenanceOrders and maintains all office and kitchen supplies and assist with mailing on occasionMaintain corporate seating chartAssist Events Coordinator with onsite employee activities as neededProvide travel and expense assistance for select executivesProvide general calendar support for select executivesSign translation certificates for the Documents CoordinatorHandles details of confidential and critical mattersOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience, or High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experienceStrong Outlook and Word experience; general Excel and PowerPoint experienceAbility to grasp, lift and carry objects for a short distance weighing up to 10 lbs. frequently and 15-20 lbs. occasionally Ability to frequently stand and walk Ability to push and pull a cart weighing up to 25 lbs. occasionallyAbility to occasionally reach, twist, bend, and use fine motor skillsPreferred Qualifications:
