As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, playing a critical role in supporting the team and keeping everything running efficiently. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of administrative, financial, and interpersonal skills to manage operations, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and provide excellent customer support. This is a direct hire opportunity with a client of ours in Carrollton TX 75006. Requirements + Oversee and manage all administrative operations to maintain an organized and efficient office environment. + Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and staff, ensuring excellent communication and service. + Manage schedules for the team, including installation crews, sales representatives, and office staff. + Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments, confirm project details, and address follow-up inquiries in a professional and timely manner. + Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, client invoices, and vendor contracts. + Prepare and process invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. + Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the team has what they need to succeed. + Support HR activities such as onboarding new employees, coordinating payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies. + Assist with marketing and customer outreach efforts, including email campaigns, social media coordination, and tracking leads. + Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed. + Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role (industry experience in construction, home improvement, or similar fields is a plus). + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus. + Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes. + Self-motivated and proactive with a “can-do” attitude. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
