Description We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in the retail industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail facilities, developing and implementing effective office systems, and collaborating with various teams to uphold our brand and employee standards. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires weekly in-office work. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement systems for optimizing office operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold our brand and employee standards across locations • Implement processes that prioritize urgent maintenance and operational needs • Oversee operations across facilities, ensuring they align with our business needs and culture • Leverage your skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Dentrix Dental Software, About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Answering Inbound Calls to facilitate your duties • Manage facilities and ensure office spaces are fully functioning to support business needs • Drive the facilities and space element of the employee experience • Maintain a strong commitment to continuous improvement with an employee-service mindset • Balance stakeholder and time management effectively • Manage and resolve any office related challenges in a creative and positive manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing the financial aspects of the office. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for efficient handling of financial operations. • Knowledge of Concur for effective expense management. • Experience with CRM systems for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. • Dentrix Dental Software skills are required for managing dental-related administrative tasks. • Proficiency in About Time software for effective time and resource management. • Solid understanding of Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payments. • Skills in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure prompt receipt of payments. • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls to provide excellent customer service.
