Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support various departments, and assist with business travel and project maintenance. You will also maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate maintenance activities, facilitate communication, handle confidential information, and provide general administrative support.
ResponsibilitiesOversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.Support various departments with their administrative needs and projects.Assist principal with business travel, scheduling meetings, special projects, and organization membership roles.Support controller with project maintenance, data entry, and receivable collections.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.Coordinate office maintenance and repair activities.Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external partners.Handle confidential information with discretion.Provide general administrative support as needed.Proofread correspondence and reports, and assist in assembling large reports.Develop templates in MS-Word and MS-Excel.Essential Skills5+ years of administrative/office management experience.Experience with understanding billing for time/billing per page.Experience creating Word Doc templates.Familiarity with basic accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreference for candidates from the engineering industry or a small law office, but not a requirement.Experience with ordering supplies (e.g., paper, coffee, etc.).Work Environment
This is a fully-onsite role located in Bedminster, NJ five days a week.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.85/hr.
