Office Manager
Description We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to manage our administrative operations in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our organization, with responsibilities that include overseeing purchase orders and invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring effective communication throughout the company. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all office logistics to ensure smooth operations • Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing • Monitor and manage purchase orders and invoicing, maintaining meticulous records • Perform efficient and accurate data entry tasks as required • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as necessary • Regularly monitor company emails and respond or forward as appropriate • Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various financial and administrative tasks • Coordinate freight bill processes and manage related tasks • Perform multitasking duties effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance • Carry out other administrative duties as required to support the functioning of the office. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), with a proven track record of managing these processes. • Experience with Billing and Invoice Processing is essential. • Strong skills in Data Entry are required. • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and be able to demonstrate experience in using this tool. • Knowledge and experience in using QuickBooks is necessary. • Previous experience with Freight Bill is a significant advantage. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proven problem-solving skills.
