This position is part-time to start with the possibility of increasing hours in the future.Your day to dayOffice Operations Extraordinaire: Keep the office humming—manage supplies, oversee vendors, and ensure everything is where it should be.Tech & Equipment Guru: Ensure printers, and other office gadgets don’t go rogue. Troubleshoot, coordinate IT support, and keep things running.Problem-Solving Wizard: If something’s broken, missing, or just not working—you're on it before anyone even notices.Culture Champion: Partner with HR to plan fun team events, celebrations, and activities that make the office a great place to be!HR & Onboarding Sidekick: Help with recruiting new talent, ensure new hires feel at home by setting up their workspace, handling office tours, and making sure they have everything they need to hit the ground running.What you bringTeam Player – You’re supportive, proactive, and love making things better for the whole team.People Person – Friendly, approachable, and always ready to lend a hand or solve a problem.Organization Overlord – You thrive on checklists, calendars, and keeping everything in order.Master Multitasker – You juggle multiple priorities like a pro without breaking a sweat.Detail Detective – No typos, missing receipts, or overlooked office supplies on your watch!Prior experience in office management or administrationZadara is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
