Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant in Miami Beach. The hours are 9am - 5pm five days in the office.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support the firm's CEO and PartnersBook travel itineraries (cars, flights, hotels)Manage a heavy Outlook calendarSubmit and track expense reportsAd hoc projects when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree highly preferred4+ years of administrative experienceFlexible attitudeNo task too small or too big mentality

Compensation/Benefits:
