EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual E/Japanese or Chinese or Korean prefer Excellent English language skills.
(Conversational is OK or Familia with Japanese business and Asian food culture )
College degree or equivalent work experience
10 years plus administrative work experience and management experience.
Strong leadership and management skills
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business and
administrative functions of the branch, including but not limited to:
• Lead and manage employees in efficient and effective administrative activities
• Monitor work performance, including AR, AP, Credit Memo, etc., to assure
optimum efficiency and accuracy, performing such tasks when necessary
• Perform HR related tasks, including hiring, termination, performance
management, payroll, leaves, workers comp, union matters, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and handle
internal and external audit
• Ensure clean, safe work environment, handling janitorial, repair, supply and
maintenance related issues as needed
• Coordinate Safety Committee, assuring optimum safety standards are
maintained and investigations completed in accordance with Company policies
and procedures
• Take immediate action in coordination with senior management to resolve any
problems that could impact productivity, safety and harmony of a smooth
operation
• Other duties as necessary to support on-going operational need
