Our client, an investment firm located in Miami, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Office Manager/Executive Assistant in Miami Beach. The hours are 9am - 5pm five days in the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support the firm's CEO and PartnersBook travel itineraries (cars, flights, hotels)Manage a heavy Outlook calendarSubmit and track expense reportsAd hoc projects when neededQualifications:
Bachelor's degree highly preferred4+ years of administrative experienceFlexible attitudeNo task too small or too big mentalityCompensation/Benefits:
