Office Manager (Finance Company)

Established finance company is hiring an Office Manager for their local branch. Regular opportunities for pay increases. Benefits are offered after a short probationary period and they include Medical, Dental, 401k with matching, generous paid time off and paid parking.

The office manager is responsible for the day to day running of the branch. Working closely with the HR Dept. and corporate as well as the management team. Applicants interested should have strong management skills. A background in mortgage lending, banking & finance or real estate investment is a plus, not required.

Duties will include researching compliance matters, ordering office supplies, ordering lunch, coordinating conferences, etc. The office manager will also assist in pulling reports and working closely with management on administrative projects.

Minimum Requirements:
Intermediate computer skills
Organized with a strong attention to detail
