SUMMARY OF ROLE

This position is responsible for the general operation of our office in Bangkok. Duties will involve greeting visitors, managing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity. You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports.


Office Administration & HR Manager :

As Human resources managers, you will be required to supervise an organization's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. Also, help connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, and build strategic talent resources plans.


Expatriate administrators :

Effective expatriate management includes handling visa and work permit requirements, providing relocation support, cultural training, and supporting the expat throughout their assignment.


Quality Management System :

Lead the company ISO 9000 Certificate and initiatives through continuous improvement and auditing. Drive external Certification assessment for ISO 9001:2015 schedule and manage non-Conformities with the team to answer External auditor’s requirements.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Effective expatriate management includes handling visa and work permit requirements, providing relocation support, cultural training, and supporting the expat throughout their assignment.

· Overseeing general office operation

· Lead the company ISO 9000 Certificate and initiatives through continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and auditing.

· Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.

· Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for Executive Management Visit Thailand

· Manage office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.

· Consistently recruiting excellent staff.

· Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

· Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.

· Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

· Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

· Conducting performance and wage reviews.

· Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

· Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

· Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in administration and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource and 5 Office Management. 

· Experience minimum 3 years of expat management.

· High competence in written and spoken English for professional interactions with Westerners.

· Strong understanding of Western culture and Thai culture.

· Responsiveness with technically competent to use all forms of communication to interact with contacts (email, text messages, Line)

· Experience in human resources or related field.

· Drive and Facilitate Yearly Management Review and quarterly Quality Committee

· Drive external Certification assessment for ISO 9001:2015 schedule and manage non-Conformities with the team to answer External auditor’s requirements.

· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

· Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

· Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.

· Ability to give presentations.

· Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
