Office Manager (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:
+ Accounts Payables: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
+ Payroll: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
+ Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
+ Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, and assist with internal and external communications.
+ Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+ Record Keeping: Maintain and organize company records, both digital and physical.
+ Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
+ Experience: Previous experience in office management, accounts payables, and payroll is preferred.
+ Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or accounting are a plus.
+ Availability: Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
