Office Manager/Receptionist
**Job Title: Office Manager/Receptionist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic and personable Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the company, greeting customers and visitors with professionalism while managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Responsibilities** + Greet clients and visitors professionally, serving as the face of the office. + Manage the facilities vendors including custodial, security, and food services. + Maintain a schedule for various events and meetings. + Arrange food services for meetings. + Efficiently process and manage vendor and customer invoices. + Administer and manage contract agreements effectively. + Create and edit documents and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite. + Provide assistance to staff on project-based assignments as needed. + Maintain and procure necessary office supplies to support operations. + Coordinate service calls for office and equipment repairs as necessary. + Coordinate and maintain records for staff office spaces, phones, parking, company credit cards, and office keys. + Assist with booking travel for the executive team. + Execute any additional responsibilities as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of data entry/clerical experience. + 3+ years as a current Office Manager. + Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). + High level of professionalism with strong written and verbal communication skills. + Basic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Outgoing and personable with strong attention to detail. + Ability to produce business correspondence and proofread for grammar, spelling, and punctuation with high accuracy. + Experience with an ERP such as SAP or an accounting system preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, close-knit team in a manufacturing company where your contributions will have a direct impact. The office environment is dynamic and requires a professional dress code. The role involves standard office hours from 8am to 5pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
